IMT E-Thesis is the institutional archive of the IMT Institute for Advanced Studies where Ph.D. Theses are stored and preserved in full text. The archive was instated in the academic year 2012-2013 in accordance with the Guidelines issued in 2008 by CRUI (Conferenza dei Rettori delle Università Italiane). All Ph.D. Theses are deposited in the archive, which will improve dissemination, retrieval and impact on the web. The archive is harvested by the most active OAI (Open Access Initiative) and by most web search engines (Google, Google Scholar) thanks to the OAI-PMH (Open Access Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting). All of the theses in the archive will also be harvested by the Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale di Firenze (BCNF) in accordance with the mandatory deposit law (L 106/04, DPR 252/06)
